Pray for the Legacy the Beyond Limits campaign will leave
Thus David the son of Jesse reigned over all Israel. The time that he reigned over Israel was forty years. He reigned seven years in Hebron and thirty-three years in Jerusalem. Then he died at a good age, full of days, riches, and honor. And Solomon his son reigned in his place.
Now the acts of King David, from first to last, are written in the Chronicles of Samuel the seer, and in the Chronicles of Nathan the prophet, and in the Chronicles of Gad the seer, with accounts of all his rule and his might and of the circumstances that came upon him and upon Israel and upon all the kingdoms of the countries.
1 Chronicles 29:26
Beyond Limits is no ordinary church initiative. It is a defining moment in the life of Piedmont Church and for all who call Piedmont their church home. Beyond Limits will do many things in your life but one thing it could do is define your legacy here on Earth.
Let me explain. For all those who participate in the Beyond Limits campaign and know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, there will come a day when we are standing in Heaven and someone will come up to us and introduce themselves. This person will then tell the story of how God used our financial gifts during
this campaign to create spaces and ministries where they then had the opportunity to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Subsequently, they accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior. They then will go on to say that they will thank us every day for all of eternity.
The reason is because of our faithfulness, sacrifice, obedience, and most of all, what Christ did on the cross, they are standing in Heaven today. There can be no greater legacy a person can leave. Thank you God for Beyond Limits and inviting us into an eternal story larger than our own.
