Baptism

Dedicated to an Extraordinary Life

Baptisms

Why is baptism important to Piedmont Church? It follows the example of Christ, and according to Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus commands his followers to be baptized:

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

Every person who has trusted Christ as Lord and Savior should be baptized. It is a symbol of your new life with Jesus, and we would be proud to have you start your committed life to Christ through Piedmont’s baptism services. Each baptism is held once a month during our Sunday service, and you don’t have to be a member of our church to take part of this transformation.

Do you have loved ones who live outside of the Marietta area that would like to witness your baptism? This is a huge step toward your extraordinary transformation, and we want you to celebrate with everyone who’s important to you within and outside of church walls. That’s why one of the reasons we offer a live stream of our Worship service, so any of your loved ones, near or far, can be a part of your ceremony from the comfort of their home.

If you would like to be baptized at Piedmont Church, please fill out the form and someone from our church will be in contact with you soon!
